Teamwork

What is your team building together?

It's not unusual to be challenged as an individual member of a team, or one who is responsible for team performance, when the team is new or has multiple competing challenges.

When thinking about engaging in team coaching, a good place to start is asking what you need the team to accomplish and why, as well as what part you play in that process.

If you don't have historical information to pull forward for the team as a whole, determine if you can gain any insight into individual member performance.
Where can we start?

  • What are some of the challenges you believe your team is currently facing in achieving their goals? What does your team say regarding this same question?

  • How do you currently approach problem-solving and decision-making within your team?

  • Are there any communication or collaboration issues that you have noticed within your team?

  • What kind of impact would it have on your team's performance if everyone was aligned on the same goals and had a clear plan for achieving them?

  • How do you measure the success of your team's performance?

  • If you are on a tight timeline with a critical task, how will you ensure to get your team across the finish line?

Schedule a quick call to determine how solution-focused coaching can help your team begin to formulate answers to these questions.
